Wednesday, September 14th, was the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross and a school Mass day.  Father Klein hosted another episode of that award-winning talk show, "The Pew."  His guests were Noah, Leah, Oliver, and Doctor Strecker.  Father asked them if they could share some sadness or worry, which was current for them.

A dog had been lost, but found.  A good friend had moved away to Florida, which is far away indeed.  A grandmother had died, and someone was praying for the health of family.

Father said that God never wills evil, but he does allow it for the sake of a greater good.  God the Father did not want Jesus to die on the cross, but he permitted it so that we might be saved.  

Father said that when we offer our troubles to the Lord, we share in the cross of Christ.
