Sarah Hammeke is a senior at Ellinwood High School. She is the daughter of Mark and Lori Hammeke and has one younger sister, Erin, who is a sophomore.

Sarah is very involved at Ellinwood High School. She has been in Debate and Forensics for 4 years. This year in Debate, Sarah and her partner took 3rd at State. Sarah has been in the Mystic Blues for 3 years. She has been in the Musical the past 2 years, Student Council for the past 4 years, and Cross County for the past 4 years. This year she was the captain of the Cross County team that won state. She is currently involved in her fourth year on the Track Team.  

When asked, Sarah said she likes to sew and draw in her free time. Sarah has also been very involved in art at Ellinwood. Creativity is a part of her skill set. Sarah also enjoys spending time with her friends.

Sarah is undecided about what college she will attend.  She is definitely attending college, just not sure which one yet.  In college, she wants to have a double major in design and art.
